■ 모집분야 [Project Manager]

 

We are looking to employ a Project manager with excellent Korean-English bilingual communication skills in both verbal and written forms. The Project manager will work with multiple cross-functional teams to develop, track, and ensure that project objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets are met. He/she should provide strategic and tactical guidance to the teams, utilizing his/her project management expertise and skills.

 

- Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related subject (Biologics, Drug development – may be advantageous)

· A proven record of accomplishment in the application of project management processes, demonstrated ability to keep project on scheule and within budget. Substantial experience in Project scheduling.

· Good understanding of GLP, GCP, GMP and CMC basic principles. – may be advantageous.

· Excellent project integration, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to maintain project information, and to integrate and distribute appropriate information to senior management and team members.

 

 

■ 모집분야 [HR manager]

 

We are looking to employ an HR manager with excellent communication skills, Korean-English bilingual, both written and verbal. The HR manger is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess bio and life science industrial insight to the labor process. He/she should display excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment between one or more departments in the organization including HQ in Korea.

 

- Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. 

· Relevant experience in HR (in Korea or US) – maybe advantageous. · Knowledge of employment legislation. 

· Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – maybe advantageous. 

· Labor Relations certification – maybe advantageous. 

· Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous. 

· Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution. · Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
