[2011.7.6] 2011학년도 상반기 대학원생 우수논문상 시상식

 

 

 

본 학과 대학원에서는 대학원생들로 하여금 학문적 의욕을 고취하고 우수한 연구 활동에 대한 동기 부여를 위하여 우수논문상 대상자를 선정하여, 연구 장려금 50만원과 우수논문 포상 증서를 수여하고 있다. 2011학년도 상반기에는 5명을 선발하였다.
상반기 우수 논문 수상자는 임혜성 학생(지도교수:조윤제), 김진석 학생(지도교수:조윤제), 전주현 학생(지도교수:김상욱), 이준호 학생(지도교수:황인환), 김준현 학생(지도교수:장승기)이며, 시상식에는 하계 연구참여 학생 30여명과 관련 분야의 학생들이 참석한 가운데 수상자를 축하하고, 수상자로부터의 연구성과에 대한 발표하는 시간을 갖게 되었다.

선정된 우수논문은 임혜성, 김진석 학생(공동 주저자)의 Crystal structure of the Mre11-Rad50-ATPγS complex: understanding the interplay between Mre11 and Rad50(Genes and Development, IF:12.075), 전주현 학생의 Molecular evolution of protein conformational changes revealed by a network of evolutionarily-coupled residues(Molecular Biology and Evolution, IF:9.872), 이준호 학생의 Both the Hydrophobicity and a Positively Charged Region Flanking the C-Terminal Region of the Transmembrane Domain of Signal-Anchored Proteins Play Critical Roles in Determining Their Targeting Specificity to the Endoplasmic Reticulum or Endosymbiotic Organelles in Arabidopsis Cells(Plant Cell, IF:9.293), 김준현 학생의 eIF2A mediates translation of hepatitis C viral mRNA under stress conditions(Nucleic Acids Research, IF:7.479)이다.
